Peace of Mind Planning
Getting your affairs organised before a crisis occurs.
End-of-life planning is one of those important tasks that many people begin with good intentions - perhaps by buying a planning book, starting a folder or making a few notes, only to feel overwhelmed by the size of it all.
Peace of Mind Planning offers a more personalised and supported approach to end-of-life planning, advance care planning and getting your practical affairs in order.
The process begins with a structured questionnaire, completed by you before your consultation. This helps save time, gather your key information and identify what is already in place, where the gaps may be and what practical steps would make things easier for the people who may one day need to act on your behalf.
Peace of Mind Planning is available in three options, depending on the level of structure and support you would like. Peace of Mind Review, a personalised readiness review and recommendations; Peace of Mind Planning Kit, which includes a prepared folder kit to help you begin organising your information; and Peace of Mind Complete, a premium done-with-you process for creating a structured end-of-life planning folder tailored to your life, wishes and practical needs.
Whether you are planning ahead for yourself, supporting ageing parents, preparing for future illness or incapacity, or simply wanting your wishes and important information clearly documented, Peace of Mind Planning provides a thoughtful, practical and bespoke way to bring everything together.
The aim is not to overwhelm you with paperwork, but to help you create a clear, personalised end-of-life plan that reflects your wishes and reduces unnecessary stress for those you care about.
Peace of Mind Planning is a practical planning and organisational service. It does not provide legal, financial or medical advice. Where specialist advice is needed, you will be encouraged to speak with an appropriately qualified professional, such as a solicitor, financial adviser, accountant or medical practitioner.
