Future planning for your pet
Pet Care Bible
Protecting your pet's future, whatever life brings.
Most people have plans for their finances, property and loved ones, but few have a plan for their pets.
If you were suddenly unable to care for your pet due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, incapacity or death, would the people around you know what matters most to them? Would they understand their routines, preferences, fears, comforts and unique needs?
The Pet Care Bible is a personalised pet care and pet guardianship planning document designed to capture the information, wishes and guidance that may otherwise be lost during a time of crisis.
Created through a guided planning process, it provides clarity for loved ones, future caregivers and Executors, helping ensure your pet's care continues in a way that reflects your wishes, respects their needs and honours the bond you share.
Because planning for your pet's future is just as important as planning for your own.
Why I Created the Pet Care Bible
Through my work as a Death Doula, Pet Death Doula and Pet Loss Counsellor, I have seen how often pets are overlooked in emergency, incapacity and end-of-life planning.
Many people assume their loved ones will know what to do, yet important information about a pet's care, routines, preferences and future wishes is often known only to the person who loves them.
The Pet Care Bible was created to help bridge that gap, providing a practical way to document the information that matters most and helping ensure pets continue to receive the care, comfort and consideration they deserve.
How It Works
We begin with a consultation to discuss your pet, your circumstances and your wishes.
You will then be guided through a structured process designed to capture the information that matters most.
Once complete, you will receive your personalised Pet Care Bible to keep with your important documents and share with the people you trust.
